Exams are over but still no time for rest . Their is always a scope for learning . Finally took some time to share one of my most learning experience of life .
I would like all of you to see my world through my eyes . Everybody has a dream to work in good companies , get good salary to fulfill all there unfulfilled
desires and needs . I am one such person who wants to make my own destiny by hard work but luck does play important role . In todays world people seem
to judge others by some printed real numbers in their mark-card.Well it does reflect your potential but thats not always true and sufficient enough to ensure
the real caliber of a person . For me the person who have the real practical knowledge holds the key to success . For people to succeed in IT field you to need to be
innovative , his/her basics should be clear and he/she should have practical knowledge .
Well mugging swing function , XML tags , Computer architecture , n/w protocols , process management etc will be of no use if you dont get the logic behind it .
All you can get to see is really nice grade in your grade card .
Starting with my experince in interviews :
Well i dint get chance in companies that had criteria of 8.5 and above so i was not able to write .
First company i cracked the written round was FILPKART . Since it was my first interview so i was filled with happiness as well as with nervousness .
Interview went quite well and i thought i did pretty well but within a min after my interview a person came and shook hands with me and said we are done
for the day . I was feeling very bad that time . But i consoled myself by saying sumthing better is stored for you . Well you wont believe me that i was feeling happy after few days
and i wanted my placements to get delayed as late as possible bcoz with each passing day i learnt new lesson , new concepts . That interview gave me some good amount of
confidence .
Second company was YaHoo . Clearing written round made me very happy . Then came real test . We were suppose to code on computer for two hours . Well examiner was very pleased
with my logic and i moved to next round . Next was technical round and it went for next 45 mins and Darshan my interviewer was so much happy with me that he told me straight that
he spent some quality time with me will like to see me next round .
Next round was another technical round . Well this round had puzzles , algorithms , real-life examples etc . It was an average round . But i got eliminated just before HR round .
Third company was SOURCEBITS . Well i cleared written round and technical round and finally HR round that was through video call .
Fourth company was EMC . I cleared written round , then technical round and finalll i was eliminated after HR round .
Well i am still to be placed in Tier1 and with all the failure i have become stronger and i believe some better opportunities are going to knock my door soon .
LESSONS TO LEARN ::
-->Always have confidence in you . If you cant convince yourself then its just impossible to convince interviewer .
-->Never cheat in exams bcoz if you clear on your own it will make you feel at the top of the world .
-->Never lie in an interview bcoz people are smarter than you plus you dont want the job by cheating someone .
-->Yes you can present yourself in such a way that you look the best . ( Dekhne aur Dikhane ke nazriya me badlao karo magar sachai k saath ).
-->With each failure you will become stronger .
-->Hard work will alays result in success though results may be dealyed if you aint that lucky .
-->WORK IS WORKSHIP.
BEST OF LUCK !!!

The Power of words
For journalists, their pen is like a sword. For politicians their words are their primary weapons.
Power of words can be analysed by the fact that Lord Krishna made sure that Arjun fights against the Kauravas just by mere words. If it dint happen then we might have been studying a totally different mahabharata today!!.
Its the power of words that makes people sit for hours listening to prayer meetings.
Well with the power comes the pros and cons .The pros are that many people get inspired and do miracles. On the bad side, terrorists feed wrong notions into the mind of youth or their men and guide them to terror attacks.
Look at the wonders it makes. It can kill thousands of people and at the same time it can save or make someone's life .Words can manipulate you into becoming a tool others can use.

Their words virtually force you to agree with their point of view, give them what they want,do what they ask and buy what they are selling.
Love, laughter, heroism, friendship, and virtually every emotion we feel as human beings can be inspired by words.
Unfortunately, fear, anger, and hatred, can also be invoked by words. The enormous power of words lies in the MEANING that the words have for you.The words trigger concepts, ideas, memories, situations, circumstances, actions, thoughts and feelings from your subconscious mind into corresponding emotional responses toward the subject at hand.
These emotional triggers have been defined as fallacious arguments because they are misleading and deceptive. While they appear to relate to the subject at hand, they do not.
In most cases they have little to do with the subject at all.
Rudyard Kipling rightly stated:
"Words are, of course, the most powerful drug used by mankind."
